Harith is a mage built around movement rather than standing and casting from a distance. He wields a staff paired with mechanical dragon-like wings that let him blink and dash across the map with a fluidity few other mages can match. Players who enjoy weaving in and out of fights rather than parking at max range tend to find him one of the most satisfying mages to master.

Role and playstyle

Harith is played almost exclusively in mid lane, where his magic damage and self-sufficient farming let him scale into a mage who can roam and fight well outside the safety of turret range. His defining mechanic is a pair of dash abilities that can be chained together and refreshed by his ultimate, letting him weave in, deal damage, and reposition or retreat multiple times within a single engagement rather than committing to one dash and being stuck wherever it lands. This mobility is what separates him from stationary burst mages — he’s meant to be constantly repositioning mid-fight rather than casting from a fixed spot.

Strengths

Harith’s core strength is survivability through movement. His chained dashes make him one of the hardest mages in the game to pin down with crowd control or skillshots, since he can reposition faster than most heroes can react. That same mobility also lets him roam between lanes efficiently and disengage from bad fights that would be a guaranteed death for a less mobile mage, giving him a much higher floor for staying alive even when a fight goes wrong.

Weaknesses

That mobility comes at the cost of raw burst — Harith’s damage output per rotation is generally lower than dedicated burst mages who trade mobility for bigger single-target damage. He’s also reliant on chaining his dashes correctly to get full value out of his kit; a poorly timed dash can leave him out of position with his mobility on cooldown, which is a much bigger problem for him than for mages who don’t depend on movement to do their job. He can also feel item-dependent, needing certain cooldown-reduction thresholds before his kit starts feeling fluid.

Build direction

Harith’s itemization centers on magic damage with a meaningful investment in cooldown reduction, since chaining his dashes more frequently is central to both his damage output and his survivability. Early items typically prioritize mana efficiency and safety to get him through the laning phase, shifting toward burst magic damage and cooldown reduction as the game progresses so his combo comes off more often. Defensive items are worth working in reactively against team compositions with hard crowd control that can catch him mid-dash.
